Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thywill.studio and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging for review. Damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, handling, or installation is not covered.
We will review the information provided and, if approved, offer a resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Approved Returns
In rare cases where a return is required:

Returns must be approved in advance

The item must be returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected
Orders returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or returns are not offered for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Size preference or décor compatibility

Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting

Normal wear and tear after delivery
