Do you take custom artwork or size requests?
Custom requests are not something we offer just yet, though it is something we hope to grow into. In the meantime, we hope you find something you love within our current collection.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent each piece accurately. However, colors can vary slightly depending on your screen/device settings and lighting conditions in your space. If you have any questions about a specific piece before purchasing, feel free to reach out at hello@thywill.studio.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the rare occurrence that something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@thywill.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We review every case individually and will do our best to make it right.
Please note that damage occurring after delivery due to misuse, handling, or installation is not covered.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Because every piece is made to order, production begins shortly after purchase, which means we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thywill.studio and we will do our best to help.
When will I get my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce and ship. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 business days, though this may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

What is your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to take your time reviewing all product details before purchasing, and if you have any questions at all, please reach out to us at hello@thywill.studio before placing your order.
